Tulang orakel (Hanzi: 甲骨; Pinyin: jiǎgǔpiàn) adalah kepingan tulang atau cangkang kura-kura yang dipanaskan dan dipecahkan dengan menggunakan tongkat perunggu, sewaktu peramalan, terutama pada akhir Dinasti Shang, dan umumnya diukir dengan tulisan. Tulang orakel adalah peninggalan tulisan Cina kuno tertua yang diketahui dan mengandung informasi sejarah penting seperti genealogi lengkap Dinasti Shang. Catatan-catatan ini membuktikan adanya dinasti ini, yang sebelumnya diragukan keberadaannya oleh beberapa ilmuwan.
