It operated scheduled services. Its main base was OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, with hubs at Vilankulo Airport, Mozambique and at Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport.[1]
History
The airline was established in 2001 and started operations on 19 March 2001. It was owned by PWD Farquhar (67%) and JF Pienaar (33%) and had 19 employees (at March 2007).[1]
Destinations
Pelican Air Services operated services from Johannesburg to Vilanculos, and onto the Bazaruto Archipelago in association with Mozambique airline, ASAS de Moçambique.[1]
