Datuk Mohammad Nor Khalid (Jawi: محمد نور خالد), biasanya dikenal juga sebagai Lat, (lahir 5 Maret 1951) adalah kartunis asal Malaysia. Ia memenangkan Penghargaan Kebudayaan Asia Fukuoka pada tahun 2002, Lat mempublikasikan lebih dari 20 volume kartun sejak ia berumur 13 tahun.
