Kepercayaan agama dari pemujaan Datuk Keramat dapat ditemukan di Malaysia, Singapura dan di sepanjang Selat Malaka. Ini merupakan perpaduan dari keyakinan akan roh pra-Islam, ibadat guru sufi dan agama rakyat Cina.
