Duta Besar Australia untuk Indonesia adalah pejabat Luar Negeri dan Perdagangan Australia dan kepala Kedutaan Besar Persemakmuran Australia untuk Republik Indonesia. Jabatan ini berstatus Duta Besar Luar Biasa dan Berkuasa Penuh. Kedutaan besar di Jakarta merupakan kompleks kedubes Australia terbesar di dunia dan salah satu kedutaan besar terpenting bagi Australia.[1] Kedutaan besar dibantu oleh konsulat di Bali dan Makassar.
