== Pre-debut ==
Pada awal tahun 2000, Park Jung-su adalah bakat scouteddirekrut oleh agen di Myeongdong.{{fact|date=16 Agustus 2010}} Dia diminta untuk audisi untuk Starlight Casting System 2000, yang segera masuk dia ke SM Entertainment tahun yang sama. == Debut ==
Pada tanggal 6 November 2005, Leeteuk sebagai bagian dari Super Junior resmi memulai debutnya di SBS's Popular Songs melakukan kelompok single pertama "TWINS (Knock Out)." Menjadi yang tertua dari kelompok, Leeteuk dipilih untuk menjadi pemimpin Super Junior, memimpin dan membimbing kelompok dalam wawancara media dan jadwal. Sejak debut bersama Super Junior, Leeteuk telah Leeteukmenjadi MC teratur untuk M. NET MNET's FM! Countdown bersama dengan anggota Super Junior, Kang-InKangin dan Shindong. Namun, sejak akhir 2006, Eunhyuk digantikanmenggantikan Kang-Dalam posisiposisinya. SeiringBersama dengan Eunhyuk, Leeteuk juga merupakan DJ untuk KBS Super Junior Kiss the Radio sejak 21 Agustus 2006. Mulai Desember 2007, Leeteuk menjadi tuan rumah acara sendiri, Leeteuk's Love Fighter, berbagai pertunjukan Leeteuk membantu memecahkan pasangan bermasalah. Akhirnya, mereka bisa menjual 45.998 unit pada akhir tahun dan digolongkan sebagai album terlaris saat itu. Leeteuk bergabung dengan militer Korea pada 30 Oktober 2012.
