PERKUMPULAN ADAT MANGUNI EMAS PINAWETENGAN (M.E.P) MINAESA

Perkumpulan Adat MANGUNI EMAS PINAWETENGAN (M.E.P) MINAESA, adalah Gabungan Organisasi dan Komunitas berbentuk Perkumpulan Adat dan berbasis massa masyarakat adat Minahasa, dengan beranggotakan para putera dan puteri; anak turunan Opo Toar dan Lumimuut leluhur tua tanah Minahasa. Organisasi ini didirikan dan dideklarasikan pada tanggal 9 Juli 2013 di Desa Pinawetengan Kabupaten Minahasa tepatnya di lokasi situs budaya Minahasa Watu Pinawetengan;

Perkumpulan Adat M.E.P MINAESA, didirikan oleh mereka yang terpanggil sebagai Pemerhati. Pecinta, Pelaku dan Pengawas Pelestarian Kearifan Potensi Lokal Sumber Daya Manusia dan Sumber Daya Alam serta Keluhuran nilai murni Adat Istiadat dan Budaya berbhineka tunggal ika Peninggalan Leluhur Tanah Minaesa Minahasa, dengan Ketua Dewan penasehat Tuama JERY TURANGAN dan Ketua Umum Pertama Tuama WENSLAUS HENTJE WOWILING.

Pada saat ini (Tahun 2022) Ketua Umum dijabat oleh Tuama FELIX H. MANTIRI,SE, dimana Perkumpulan Adat M.E.P MINAESA, tetap eksis dan hadir sebagai bentuk wujud nyata kepedulian rasa cinta tanah air dan Daerah tercinta, serta rasa terima kasih kepada para leluhur tanah Minahasa; terutama adalah ungkapan rasa syukur dan pertanggung jawaban Tuama wo Wewene; Wulan wo se Waraney tanah Minaesa atas keagungan kuasa TUHAN yang Maha Esa dengan segala berkat kasih-Nya yang selalu ada di tanah Minahasa.

Tugas utama Penasehat Adat dan Pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Adat (D.P.A) Perkumpulan Adat M.E.P MINAESA Periode Tahun 2022-2027, yaitu:

1. Membantu pelaksana Pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dan pelaksanaan Program kerakyatan berkeadilan sosial dengan menjunjung tinggi supremasi Hukum dan HAM sebagai tanggung jawab aktif Bela Negara dalam menjaga dan menjamin Persatuan anak bangsa dan Keutuhan wilayah Negara yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945.
2. Melakukan Pengawasan, Perlindungan, Pelestarian dan Pengenalan serta Pemberdayaan Pelaksanaan Seni, Budaya dan Adat Istiadat (Tradisi Ritual dan Hukum Adat) yang positif serta Situs dan Benda Pusaka Peninggalan Leluhur Tanah Minaesa demi kepentingan Negara dan Daerah yang diperuntukkan seutuhnya untuk pembangunan yang berpihak pada rakyat;
3. Merangkul semua elemen dan basis organisasi kemasyarakatan untuk menjamin keaslian identitas adat istiadat anak bangsa bersatu (Minaesa) sebagai bingkai kejayaan negara yang selalu kuat bertahan dan terus bangkit membangun serta berani melangkah maju dengan tetap menjaga keseimbangan antara mempertahankan budaya tradisional Minahasa dengan tidak meremehkan pentingnya pengaruh modernisasi ilmu dan pengetahuan serta tekhnologi sebagai cermin budaya kekuatan bangsa.
4. Melakukan Pengawasan, Penegakkan dan Penindakan Disiplin atas Kegiatan Pergerahan dan Pengedalian Pergerakan Penyampaian Aspirasi Massa Berbasis Masyarakat Adat tanah Minaesa sebagai bentuk kepedulian rasa cinta tanah air dan daerah tercinta demi memenangkan Amanat Penderitaan Rakyat Semesta Indonesia

Demikian uraian singkat tentang Perkumpulan Adat MANGUNI EMAS PINAWETENGAN (M.E.P) MINAESA, Pakatuan wo Pakalawiren, Jayalah NKRI; Tanah Minahasa raya diberkati TUHAN Ijajat Un Santi ! The MANGUNI EMAS PINAWETENGAN (M.E.P) Indigenous Association of MINAESA, is a Association of Organizations and Communities in the form of Indigenous Associations and mass-based Minahasa indigenous peoples, consisting of sons and daughters; descendants of Opo Toar and Lumimuut of the old Minahasa ancestors. This organization was founded and declared on July 9, 2013 in Pinawetengan Village, Minahasa Regency, precisely at the location of the Minahasa cultural site Watu Pinawetengan;

M.E.P MINAESA Indigenous Association, founded by those who are called observers. Lovers, Actors and Supervisors of Preservation of Wisdom, Local Potential, Human Resources and Natural Resources and Noble Values, Pure Customs, Customs and Culture, in diversity, in the Ancestral Heritage of the Minaesa Minahasa Land, with the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Tuama JERY TURANGAN and the First General Chairperson of Tuama WENSLAUS HENTJE WOWILING.

Minahasa; especially the expression of gratitude and responsibility of Tuama wo Wewene; Wulan wo se Waraney, the land of Minaesa for the great power of GOD Almighty with all the blessings of His love that is always present in the land of Minahasa.

The main tasks of the Indigenous Advisors and the Management of the Indigenous Leadership Council (I.L.C) of the M.E.P MINAESA Indigenous Association for the Period of 2022-2027, namely:

1. Assisting the implementation of the Government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and the implementation of the popular social justice program by upholding the supremacy of law and human rights as an active responsibility for State Defense in maintaining and guaranteeing the unity of the nation's children and the territorial integrity of the State based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
2. Supervise, protect, preserve and introduce and empower the implementation of positive arts, culture and customs (ritual traditions and customary law) as well as sites and heirlooms of the Ancestral Land of Minaesa for the benefit of the State and the Region which are intended entirely for development that favors people;
3. Embracing all elements and the basis of community organizations to ensure the authenticity of the cultural identity of the children of the united nation (Minaesa) as a frame of the glory of a country that is always strong to survive and continue to rise to build and dare to move forward while maintaining a balance between maintaining traditional Minahasa culture by not underestimating the importance of the influence of the modernization of science and knowledge as well as technology as a cultural mirror of the nation's strength.
4. Supervise, enforce and enforce discipline on movement activities and control the movement of conveying the aspirations of the masses based on the indigenous peoples of the land of Minaesa as a form of concern for the love of the homeland and beloved region in order to win the Mandate of Suffering of the People of the Universe of Indonesia.
