Albert James "Alan" Freed (15 Desember 1921 – 20 Januari 1965) adalah seorang disjoki asal Amerika.[1] Ia dikenal secara internasional karena mempromosikan campuran musik blues, country, dan rhythm and blues di radio Amerika Serikat dan Eropa dengan nama rock and roll. Karirnya hancur oleh skandal payola yang melanda industri penyiaran di awal 1960-an.
