Amy Louise Sedaris (/ˌeɪ.miːsəˈdɛr.əs/;[1] kelahiran 29 Maret 1961) adalah seorang aktris, penulis, dan komedian Amerika. Ia dikenal karena memainkan karakter Jerri Blank dalam serial televisi Komedi Sentral Strangers with Candy.

Sedaris lahir di Endicott, New York sebagai putri dari Sharon (née Leonard) dan Lou Sedaris,[2] dan tumbuh di Raleigh, Carolina Utara, dengan saudara-saudaranya, David, Lisa, Gretchen, Tiffany, dan Paul ("The Rooster"). Ia setengah keturunan Yunani; ayahnya adalah Ortodoks Yunani dan ibunya adalah Protestan. Ia menganut Orthodoks Yunani.[3][4]
