Angkatan Bersenjata Mali
Angkatan Bersenjata Mali (bahasa Prancis: Forces Armées Maliennes) terdiri dari Angkatan Darat (bahasa Prancis: Armée de Terre), Angkatan Udara Republik Mali (bahasa Prancis: Force Aérienne de la Republique du Mali), dan Garda Nasional (bahasa Prancis: Garde Nationale du Mali).[6] Jumlah personelnya sekitar 7.000 orang dan berada di bawah kendali Menteri Angkatan Bersenjata dan Veteran. Perpustakaan Kongres Amerika Serikat per Januari 2005 menyatakan bahwa Angkatan Bersenjata Mali merupakan "militer yang dibayar rendah, memiliki persenjataan yang buruk, dan membutuhkan rasionalisasi. Organisasi ini menderita akibat penggabungan pasukan pemberontak Tuareg ke dalam militer reguler menyusul kesepakatan tahun 1992 antara pemerintah dan pasukan pemberontak Tuareg."[7]
