Crimen sollicitationis[2] adalah judul dari dokumen ("instruksi") tahun 1962 dari Jawatan Kudus yang mengatur prosedur-prosedur yang diikuti dalam kasus-kasus para imam atau uskup Gereja Katolik yang dituduh memakai Sakramen Pertobatan untuk melakukan pelcehan seksual kepada para peniten.[3][4] Dengan tambahan-tambahan, dokumen tersebut mengulang kandungan-kandungan dari sebuah instruksi bernama identik yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 1922 oleh jawatan yang sama.[3][5]
