Grotta (Italia: grotta; Prancis: grotte) adalah sebuah gua alami atau buatan yang dipakai oleh manusia pada masa modern dan zaman kuno. Grotto alami sering kali adalah gua kecil di dekat perairan yang biasanya banjir atau tergenang saat pasang air. Terkadang, grotto buatan dipakai sebagai fitur taman. Grotta Azzurra di Capri dan grotto di villa Tiberius di Teluk Napoli adalah contoh grotto pesisir alami populer.
