Rabi Jacob Joseph Oettinger (bahasa Ibrani: הרב יעקב יוסף עטטינגר‎^[1] 1780 – 1860) adalah seorang kepala rabi Berlin terakhir antara 1825 dan 1860,^[2] dan menjabat sebagai dekan kolese rabinikal Berlin.^[3] Oettinger juga dikenal sebagai penentang Leopold Zunz.^[4]
