Kodeks Rohonc

Kodeks Rohonc (pengucapan bahasa Hungaria: [ˈrohont͡s]) adalah buku manuskrip bergambar yang dibuat penulis tak dikenal, dengan teks dalam bahasa dan sistem penulisan yang tidak diketahui. Kodeks ini muncul di Hungaria pada awal abad ke-19. Asal-usul buku dan makna teks serta ilustrasi telah diselidiki oleh banyak sarjana dan amatir tanpa kesimpulan pasti. Banyak sarjana dan ahli dari Hungaria beranggapan bahwa kodeks ini hanyalah hoaks dari abad ke-18.

Kodeks Rohonc

Nama kodeks ini sering dieja Rohonczi, menurut ortografi Hungaria kuno yang direformasi pada paruh pertama abad ke-19. Ejaan ini telah menyebar mungkin karena buku V. Enăchiuc (lihat Bibliografi di bawah). Sekarang nama kodeks ini ditulis dalam bahasa Hungaria: Rohonci kódex.
