Maia /ˈmeɪə/, atau 20 Tauri (disingkat 20 Tau), adalah sebuah bintang raksasa biru pada rasi bintang Taurus. Tipe spektralnya adalah B8 III, dan merupakan sebuah bintang yang aneh secara kimiawi (chemically peculiar star), dan merupakan prototipe kelas bintang variabel Maia.
