Malcolm Browne
Malcolm Wilde Browne (17 April 1931 – 27 Agustus 2012) merupakan seorang jurnalis dan fotografer Amerika pemenang Penghargaan Pulitzer. Dia memenangkannya melalui foto bakar diri biksu Buddha Thích Quảng Đức pada tahun 1963.[2]

Kehidupan awal
suntingBrowne lahir dan berasal di New York City. Ibunya adalah seorang Quaker yang sangat anti-perang, ayahnya seorang Katolik Roma dan seorang arsitek.
Kematian
suntingBrowne meninggal pada hari Senin, 27 Agustus 2012, karena komplikasi penyakit Parkinson.[2] Dia berumur 81.

Malcolm Wilde Browne was born in New York on April 17, 1931. He graduated from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania with a degree in chemistry. Working in a lab when drafted in 1956, he was sent to Korea as a tank driver, but by chance got a job writing for a military newspaper, and from that came a decision to trade science for a career in journalism.
