Music Week diterbitkan setiap bulan oleh Future (mulai edisi Maret 2021), meskipun sebelumnya merupakan majalah mingguan (50 edisi per tahun).[4] Majalah ini tersedia dalam bentuk majalah cetak berukuran B4 dan edisi digital PDF.ISSN 0265-1548.

Sirkulasi cetak mingguan pada tahun 1997/98 adalah 12.503,[7] tetapi pada saat penerbitan tersebut meninggalkan skema ABC pada tahun 2011, sirkulasi tersebut telah menurun menjadi sekitar 5.000 eksemplar mingguan.[8] Pada bulan Oktober 2011, Music Week dibatalkan pendaftarannya dengan ABC setelah 54 tahun keanggotaan.[9]
Situs web musicweek.com memiliki 63.904 browser unik bulanan untuk periode yang diaudit 1–31 Oktober 2008.[10] Pada tahun 2009, situs web tersebut telah dicabut pendaftarannya di ABC.[11]
