Saya memandang, artikel ini perlu ditinjau kembali isinya, sebab ada ketidaksesuaian dengan judul. Jika mengacu kepada judul, semestinya SUPM (sekolah menengah) tidak perlu di masukkan. Selanjutnya, apakah betul semua perguruan tinggi yang tercantum di sini semuanya merupakan ikatan dinas? Barangkali ada yang cuma negeri tapi lulusannya tidak langsung ditempatkan di suatu instansi, atau merupakan kiriman dari suatu instansi. Demikian pandangan saya. Salam.
