Ganti nama

Sebelumnya saya mau ngasih tau dulu, Liberty itu bukan nama patung ini, tapi ungkapan dari kebebasan (dalam bahasa Inggris disebut liberty, yang jika dipadankan bersinonim dengan kebebasan) Amerika Serikat. Makanya dibuatkan monumen berbentuk patung ini. Dalam KBBI tidak ada padanan untuk kata 'liberty'. Saya menyarankan menerjemahkan kata 'liberty' ini menjadi libertas, sesuai dengan ejaan serapan bahasa Indonesia dari bahasa Inggris. Contohnya ditemukan dalam kata 'fluidity=fluiditas', 'singularity=singularitas', 'causality=kausalitas' dll.

Apa kalian setuju kalo nama patung ini diubah jadi "Patung Libertas", atau tetap dibiarkan seperti ini saja? Pengetik-AM (bicara) 3 Agustus 2022 11.50 (UTC)
