Perjanjian Persentase
Perjanjian Persentase adalah sebuah perjanjian inforal rahasia antara perdana menteri Inggris Winston Churchill dan pemimpin Soviet Joseph Stalin pada Konferensi Moskwa Keempat pada Oktober 1944. Perjanjian tersebut memberikan pebagian persentase terhadap kekuasaan atas negara-negara Eropa Timur, yang membaginya berdasarkan lingkup pengaruh. Franklin Roosevelt mengkonsultasikannya dan mengakui perjanjian tersebut.[2] Isi perjanjian tersebut mula-mula dipublikasikan oleh Churchill pada 1953 dalam volume terakhir memoir buatannya. Dubes AS Averell Harriman, yang mewakili Roosevelt dalam pertemuan tersebut, dikecualikan dari diskusi tersebut.[3][4]
