Polonium (84Po) memiliki 42 isotop, semuanya bersifat radioaktif, antara 186 dan 227 nukleon. 210Po dengan waktu paruh 138,376 hari memiliki waktu paruh terpanjang dari semua polonium alami. 209Po, dengan waktu paruh 125,2 tahun, memiliki waktu paruh terpanjang dari semua isotop polonium. 209Po dan 208Po (waktu paruh 2,9 tahun) dapat dibuat melalui pemborbardiran proton terhadap bismut di dalam siklotron.[2]
