Robert Stephen Paul Beekes (Belanda: [ˈbeːkəs]; 2 September 1937 – 22 September 2017),[1] adalah profesor perbandingan linguistik Indo-Eropa di Universitas Leiden. Ia adalah penulis banyak monografi tentang bahasa Proto-Indo-Eropa.
