Sekolah asrama

Sekolah Asrama adalah sebuah sekolah tingkat pra-universitas dimana sebagian besar atau seluruh murid bermukim selama masuk sekolah tersebut. Kata "asrama" dipakai dalam pengartian "kamar dan papan" seperti halnya lobi dan hidangan. Sekolah-sekolah asrama juga dikenal dengan sebutan Sekolah Persiapan Universitas atau Kolese, alias "Sekolah Persiapan". Beberapa sekolah asrama juga memiliki murid-murid yang menghadiri lembaga tersebut yang kembali ke keluarga mereka pada sore hari.
