Selig Polyscope Company

Selig Polyscope Company adalah sebuah perusahaan gambar bergerak Amerika Serikat yang didirikan pada tahun 1896 oleh William Selig di Chicago, Illinois.[1] Perusahaan memproduksi ratusan gambar bergerak komersial awal yang didistribusikan secara luas, termasuk film pertama yang dibintangi Tom Mix, Harold Lloyd, Colleen Moore, dan Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle. Selig Polyscope juga mendirikan studi film permanen pertama di California Selatan, di Distrik Edendale yang bersejarah di Los Angeles.[2]
