Serie A 1999–2000 (dikenal juga dengan Serie A TIM karena alasan sponsor) merupakan musim ke-98 bagi kasta teratas sepak bola Italia ini dan diikuti oleh 18 klub.

Musim ini juga dikenang karena pekan-pekan terakhir musim yang luar biasa. Hingga akhir bulan Maret, Juventus memimpin klasemen dengan keunggulan sembilan angka atas pesaing terdekatnya Lazio dengan menyisakan delapan pertandingan. Namun, kemudian Juventus mengalami kekalahan dari Milan, Lazio, serta Hellas Verona, sementara Lazio sendiri hanya kehilangan dua angka pada periode yang sama saat menghadapiFiorentina.[1]
Lazio kemudian dengan dramatis meraih gelar juara Serie A pada hari terakhir musim 1999-00 setelah Juventus harus mengakui keunggulan Perugia 1–0 dalam pertandingan yang diwarnai banjir di lapangan akibat hujan deras. Di kota Roma, Lazio dengan mudah menaklukkan Reggina 3–0 dalam pertandingan kandang di Stadio Olimpico.[2]
