Yiḥyah Qafiḥ
Yiḥyah Qafiḥ (Ibrani: רבי יחיא בן שלמה קאפח; bahasa Arab: يحيى القافح juga dikenal sebagai Yiḥyah ibn Shalomo el Qafiḥ dan Yahya Kapach (nama Ibrani)) (1850–1931),[1] juga dikenal dengan sebutan "Ha-Yashish" ("Tetua"), menjabat sebagai Kepala Rabbi Sana'a, Yaman pada akhir abad kesembilan belas dan awal abad kedua puluh. Ia adalah salah satu cendekiawan rabbinikal terdepan di Sana'a pada masanya, dan orang yang mengadvokasikan banyak reformasi dalam pendidikan Yahudi. Disamping mempelajari ilmu astronomi dan metafisika dari astrologi rabbinik, ia mengahar sastra klasik Yahudi kepada para murid mudanya. [2]
