Drs. '''Muhammad Ali Amin''' ({{lahirmati||20|10|1915||3|11|2012}}) merupakan seorang birokrat dan politikus dari Indonesia. Ia menjabat sebagai Wakil Gubernur Sumatera Selatan pada pertengahan tahun 1960an dan sebagai Gubernur Bengkulu dari tahun 1968 hingga 1974.
Ali wafat pada tanggal 3 November 2012.
