The Dayak tribe is one of the tribes that inhabit the island of Borneo. Not only in Indonesia, some Dayak people are known to live in Sarawak and Sabah, Malaysia. A number of sources note that the Dayak tribe has around 405 sub-tribes with customs and cultures that are similar to one another. Since ancient times, the Dayak tribe has been known for its cultural characteristics. Both from traditional clothes, traditional houses, to dances that have an interesting philosophical meaning to learn. Especially for dances, there are quite a lot of Dayak dances.[2]
