Penghargaan Filmfare untuk Film Terbaik
Penghargaan Filmfare untuk Film Terbaik diberikan oleh majalah Filmfare sebagai bagian dari acara tahunan yang diselenggarakan yakni Penghargaan Filmfare bagi insan perfilman India.[1]

Penghargaan Khusus 50 Tahun
Pada 2005, Filmfare mengumumkan Film Terbaik selama 50 Tahun yakni Sholay. Meskipun film tersebut tidak menang sebagai Film Terbaik di tahun yang sama, namun selama 50 tahun terakhir merupakan Film dengan signifikansi terbaik sepanjang perfilman India (Bollywood)
