Biografi

Kehidupan awal

Ikeda lahir sebagai putra kelima dari petani rumput laut di Ōta, Tokyo.[2] Keempat kakaknya bertarung dalam Perang Dunia II, dimana kakak sulungnya, Kiichi, terbunuh pada saat itu[3] dan rumah keluarganya dihancurkan.[4]
