Protektorat Umum untuk Menenangkan Utara atau Protektorat Besar untuk Menenangkan Utara (647-784) adalah pemerintahan militer Tiongkok dibentuk oleh Dinasti Tang pada tahun 647 untuk menenangkan wilayah bekas Xueyantuo, yang terbentang dari Danau Baikal di utara, Gurun Gobi di selatan, Pegunungan Khingan di timur, dan Pegunungan Altai di barat. Protektorat ini mengendalikan Dataran Tinggi Mongolia dari tahun 647 hingga 682.
