PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia atau Nabati adalah salah satu kelompok bisnis produk konsumen di Indonesia, yang didirikan pada tahun 2002. Perusahaan ini terkenal memproduksi makanan ringan bermerek Nabati dengan varian rasa Richeese dan Richoco, Nabati Drillo, Nabati Hansel, Nabati Vervet dan Nextar.

Sejarah

Pada awal berdirinya pada tahun 2002 dengan bernama PT. Nabati Jaya Indonesia dengan meluncurkan produk pertamanya adalah Nabati Wafer adalah wafer berbentuk kecil. Pada bulan Juni 2007, Nabati Wafer dihentikan dan PT. Nabati Jaya Indonesia berganti nama menjadi PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia merupakan industri rumah tangga yang memproduksi makanan ringan, serta meluncurkan POW Snack 2 Warna (dihentikan 2011), Richeese Nabati Wafer Krim Keju dan makanan ringan ekstrudat berbentuk roll dan panjang bernama Nabati Siip. Pada tahun 2008, Nabati meluncurkan enam produk lagi, yaitu Pillow Pow, Pow Donat, Richeese Ahh, Richeese Rolls, Richoco Wafer Coklat dan Richeese Chocochiz. Sejak tahun 2008, produk Nabati sudah terdaftar dalam Badan POM secara bertahap. Pada tahun 2009, Nabati meluncurkan makanan ringan Bretos, makanan ringan berbentuk roti dengan selai keju dari Richeese. Lalu biskuit krim keju Richeese Bisvit, Richeese Pasta Keju dan Richeese Bio minuman sereal dan susu. Pada bulan Februari 2011, Nabati membuka restoran cepat saji Richeese Factory yang pertama di mal Paris Van Java, Bandung. Lalu Richeese Eat n' Go pada tahun 2012. Pada tahun 2015, Nabati meluncurkan produk kue nastar bernama Nextar Nastar. Pada tahun 2017, Nabati bekerjasama dengan PT Simba Indosnack Makmur (Simba) meluncurkan Simba Siip Pop Caramel. Sejak tahun 2018, nama merek Richeese dan Richoco kini digunakan sebagai nama varian rasa untuk Nabati Wafer, Nabati Ahh, Nabati Rolls, Nabati Siip dan Nabati Time Break. Saat ini, Nabati memiliki dua pabrik, yaitu di Sumedang dan Majalengka di Jawa Barat.

Richeese Factory

Richeese Factory merupakan restoran cepat saji dan toko kue yang disajikan dengan serba keju. Dibuka pertama kali pada bulan Februari 2011 di Paris Van Java Mall, Bandung. Menu yang paling utama di Richeese Factory, yaitu Richeese Fried Chicken.

Richeese Eat & Go

Richeese Eat & Go merupakan restoran cepat saji dan toko kue yang disajikan dengan serba keju, dibuka sejak 2011 di Bandung.

Penghargaan dan Lisensi

Richeese mendapat penghargaan Superbrands. Richeese Nabati mendapat penghargaan IBBA dari MARS dan majalah SWA untuk kategori wafer krim keju, serta penghargaan WOMM untuk kategori wafer krim keju. Richeese Nabati meraih rekor MURI sebagai pelopor dan pencipta wafer krim keju di Indonesia. Nabati mendapat lisensi dari Nickelodeon sebagai perusahaan snack pertama di Asia yang memproduksi snack berkarakter SpongeBob pada Richeese Nabati, Richeese Rolls dan Richoco Rolls, Avatar pada Nabati Siip dan Nabati Siip Giga. Nabati mendapat lisensi dari Les' Copaque Production sebagai perusahaan snack pertama di dunia yang memproduksi snack berkarakter Upin & Ipin pada Richeese Bretos dan Richeese Cracster.
