Triazavirin (TZV, Riamilovir) adalah antivirus analog nukleotida yang awalnya dikembangkan di Rusia yang telah menunjukkan kemanjuran terhadap influenza A dan B, termasuk strain H5N1.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] Menurut riset, Triazavirin nampaknya mampu mengurangi dampak dari penyakit flu dan juga komplikasi penyakit terkait.^[5] Antivirus ini memiliki inti dari novel triazolotriazine, yang mewakili kelas struktural baru dari obat-obatan antivirus non-nukleosida.^[6]
