The Dow Chemical Co., disingkat Dow adalah perusahaan kimia yang berkantor pusat di Midland, Michigan, Amerika Serikat. Sampai tahun 2007, Dow adalah perusahaan kimia terbesar kedua di dunia dari pendapatannya (setelah BASF)[2] dan pada bulan Februari 2009, perusahaan ini menempati peringkat ketiga dunia dari kapitalisasi pasar (setelah BASF dan DuPont).
