Kerajaan Kanada
Monarki Kanada adalah bagian inti dari struktur federal dan gaya Westminster parlementer dan demokrasi konstitusional Kanada.[5] Monarki adalah badan eksekutif (King-in-Council), legislatur (King-in-Parliament), dan yudisier (King-on-the-Bench) dalam nyuridiksi federal dan setiap provinsial.[9] Kedaulatan Kanada adalah personifikasi dari negara Kanada dan,[10][11] sebagai bahan dari hukum konstitusional Kanada.[16] Sejak 8 September 2022, penguasa monarki Kanada saat ini adalah Raja Charles III dari Britania Raya. Suksesi kerajaan ditentukan menurut hukum statuta dan umum, yang menyatakan bahwa takhta diwariskan oleh anak sulung dari sang penguasa yang masih hidup atau, dalam kasus penguasa tak memiliki anak, garis kolateral terdekat.
