Konferensi Internasional Partai dan Organisasi Marxis-Leninis (ICMLPO) adalah sebuah pengelompokan internasional partai-partai politik dan organisasi-organisasi yang menganut Pemikiran Mao Zedong yang didirikan pada tahun 1998 oleh Partai Marxis-Leninis Jerman.[1] Kelompok ini diorganisir oleh Kelompok Koordinasi Bersama dan bertemu setiap dua atau tiga tahun sekali. Kelompok ini tidak ada lagi pada tahun 2017.
Konferensi ini dikenal sebagai "Konferensi Internasional Partai dan Organisasi Marxis-Leninis (Buletin Internasional)" atau "Konferensi Internasional Partai dan Organisasi Marxis-Leninis (Maois)" untuk membedakannya dengan Konferensi Internasional Partai dan Organisasi Marxis-Leninis (Persatuan dan Perjuangan) yang didirikan pada tahun 1994 di Quito dan masih beroperasi hingga saat ini.
