Perang Sioux adalah serangkaian konflik antara Amerika Serikat melawan berbagai subkelompok orang Sioux yang terjadi pada paruh kedua abad ke-19. Konflik paling awal terjadi pada tahun 1854 ketika sebuah pertempuran pecah di Fort Laramie di Wyoming, ketika para pejuang Sioux membunuh 31 tentara Amerika Serikat dalam Pembantaian Grattan, dan yang terakhir terjadi pada tahun 1890 selama Perang Tari Hantu.
