Ailuridae adalah sebuah famili pada ordo mamalia Carnivora. Famili ini terdiri dari panda merah (yang menjadi satu-satunya perwakilan hidup dari genus ini) beserta kerabat-kerabat punahnya.

Kladogram hubungan Ailuridae dibawah didasari oleh filogeni molekuler enam gen pada Flynn (2005),[1] dengan penempatan musteloidea yang diperbarui setelah analisis multigen oleh Law et al. (2018).[2]
