Akhtar Mansour
Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor (bahasa Pashtun: اختر محمد منصور Akhtar Muḥammad Manṣūr; dibaca [ɑːktɑː mɑːnsʊər] atau [æktɑː mænsʊər]; juga disebut Mansur[8] dan Mansour;[9] juga, Akhtar Mohammad Mansour Khan Muhammad, dan mungkin, Naib Imam;[10] diyakini lahir pada 1968, meskipun diyakini juga pada 1960, 1963, atau 1965; meninggal pada 21 Mei 2016) adalah Emir (pemimpin) Taliban, sebuah gerakan politik fundamentalis Islam di Afghanistan yang juga dikenal sebagai Emirat Islam Afghanistan.[11]

Pada 21 Mei 2016, kantor Departemen Pertahanan Amerika Serikat mengabarkan bahwa Mansour tewas dalam sebuah serangan drone AS di Pakistan.[12]
