Aleksei Alekseyevich Brusilov (bahasa Rusia: Алексе́й Алексе́евич Бруси́лов; 1 September [K.J.: 19 Agustus] 1853 – 17 Maret 1926) adalah seorang panglima asal Rusia. Ia dikenal karena mengembangkan taktik-taktik serangan baru yang dipakai dalam serangan Brusilov tahun 1916, yang merupakan pengabdian terbesarnya.
