Di-iodotironina (Inggris: 3,3'-Diiodothyronine) adalah metabolit hormon tiroid yang diperoleh dari reaksi organik deiodinasi hormon tri-iodotironina. Konsentransi serum T2 meningkat tajam pada simtoma hipertiroidisme, penyakit hati, tumor otak dan sepsis.^[1]
