Hell in a Cell (2009) adalah acara tayangan berbayar gulat profesional Hell in a Cell perdana yang diproduksi oleh World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Acara ini diadakan untuk pegulat dari divisi merek Raw, SmackDown, dan ECW. Acara ini berlangsung pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2009, di Prudential Center di Newark, New Jersey. Acara ini menggantikan PPV Oktober tahunan sebelumnya, No Mercy. Ini adalah satu-satunya acara Hell in a Cell yang menampilkan merek ECW, karena dibubarkan pada Februari 2010.
