Norman Blackwell, Baron Blackwell
Norman Roy Blackwell, Baron Blackwell (lahir 29 Juli 1952) adalah mantan pengusaha asal Britania,[1] pegawai negeri, politikus Konservatif,[1] juru kampanye dan penasihat kebijakan.

Masa muda
suntingNorman Blackwell adalah putra dari Albert dan Frances Blackwell.[1] Ia menempuh pendidikan dasar di Latymer Upper School.[1] Selain itu, ia jugam nejadi peserta pameran junior di The Royal Academy of Music[1] di London. Selanjutnya, Norman Blackwell lulus dari Trinity College, Cambridge dengan gelar Master of Arts dalam ilmu alam pada tahun 1973.[1] Dia kemudian melanjutkan ke Wharton Business School di Universitas Pennsylvania dan lulus dengan Magister Administrasi Bisnis pada tahun 1975,[1] Pada tahun 1976, Norman lulus dengan gelar doktor filsafat[1] di bidang keuangan dan ekonomi.[2]
