Kereta Api Mutiara Selatan adalah kereta api kelas Bisnis yang dioperasikan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) di Pulau Jawa dengan jurusan Surabaya Gubeng (SGU) - Bandung (BD) dan sebaliknya.

Semula, kereta api ini dijalankan dengan rangkaian campuran kelas Bisnis dan Eksekutif, bersama dengan Kereta Api Ekspres Malam Turangga yang juga memiliki konfigurasi kelas Bisnis dan Eksekutif. Tetapi, mulai 11 Oktober 1999, semua rangkaian kereta api Mutiara Selatan diganti dengan kelas Bisnis, sedang Turangga menjadi kereta api kelas Eksekutif Satwa. Kereta api ini melayani penumpang dengan enam hingga tujuh kereta penumpang kelas Bisnis (K2), 1 kereta makan dan pembangkit (KMP2), dan 1 gerbong barang/aling-aling (B). KA Mutiara Selatan diberangkatkan pada pukul 17.00 WIB dari Stasiun Surabaya Gubeng dan dari Stasiun Bandung pada pukul 17:00 WIB.
