- @Alexcs114 It is only a welcoming bot. It contains instruction in Bahasa Indonesia on how to use Wikipedia. Just like any other Wikimedia projects, it tells you not to be afraid to start a step on editing in Wikipedia Bahasa Indonesia, to make a userpage, etc. Hope this helps. Why do you have this annoying welcoming bot?
I make =zero edits, and I get a cross-wiki alert welcoming me. It's annoying and disruptive. All I did wasbriefly look at an article for Wikidata purposes. I don't speak a word of Indonesian. But I get an alert. Seriously? Edward-Woodrow (bicara) 16 Agustus 2023 16.40 (UTC)

Account creation and welcome message on my talk page
Greetings! I am a Wikipedian on the English Wikipedia. I have never interacted with the Indonesian Wikipedia, however today at 12:22, my account was created here (I was not on Wikipedia at that time, so it can't have been me accidentally using this Wikipedia). I have not used this Wikipedia before. Should i be concerned that someone may has gained access to my Wikipedia account and performed some action on this Wikipedia to trigger the creation of my account here?
