saya kurang setuju dengan penggunaan kata penemuan borobudur, karena setahu saya borobudur tidak pernah hilang, begitu juga dengan penemuan benua amerika, penemuan benua australia etc. mungkin maksudnya adalah waktu orang eropa mengetahui adanya borobudur, benua amerika, benua australia... Bagaimana kalau digunakan kata penemuan kembali? Saya kurang tahu sejarah Borobudur. Kalau tidak salah kan memang tertutup hutan belantara. Lalu alternatif anda untuk kata penemuan apa? Sebab padanan kata penemuan bahasa Indonesia dalam bahasa Inggris discovery (atau bahasa Belanda ontdekking) secara linguistik terdiri dari dua komponen: dis+cover(y). Kecamatan Borobudur

Keajaiban Dunia

Walau Borobudur disebut sebagai salah satu "keajaiban dunia" di sistem pendidikan negara kita, saya tidak pernah menemukan Borobudur di daftar keajaiban dunia lainnya. Satu-satunya hal yang saya temukan adalah Borobudur sebagai bagian dari UNESCO "World Heritage Site". --Olentz 02:29, 29 Mei 2006 (UTC)

Saya rasa Anda benar. Cuma di Indonesia diajarkan bahwa Borobudur adalah salah satu dari Tujuh Keajaiban Dunia. Saya cari di situs UNESCO juga tidak ada pernyataan ttg Borobudur sbg Keajaiban Dunia. Ayo menerjemahkan dari artikel Borobudur wikipedia english!

Saya lebih banyak berkontribusi dalam wikipedia english. Sayang sekali jika artikel Borobudur wikipedia bahasa Indonesia kalah lengkap dan rinci dibandingkan artikel dalam bahasa Inggris. Apalagi Borobudur adalah kebanggaan bangsa Indonesia. Selain itu artikel Borobudur dalam bahasa inggris telah memperoleh predikat "featured article" yakni artikel terpuji dan dinilai berkualitas baik. Jadi teman-teman, mari kita terjemahkan artikel-artikel tentang Indonesia dari Bahasa Inggris untuk memperkaya wikipedia Bahasa Indonesia. Ayo! (Gunkarta (bicara) 2 November 2011 00.07 (UTC))
