Santo Yohanes Pembaptis adalah sebuah lukisan minyak Renaisans Puncak di atas kayu kenari karya Leonardo da Vinci. Diyakini dirampungkan dari 1513 sampai 1916, lukisan tersebut diyakini adalah lukisan terakhirnya. Ukuran asli lukisan tersebut adalah 69 × 57 cm. Lukisan tersebut sekarang dipamerkan di Musée du Louvre, Paris, Prancis.
