Georgisme, disebut juga geoisme[1] atau pajak tunggal (kuno), adalah filsafat ekonomi yang berpegangan bahwa, sementara setiap orang harus memiliki nilai yang mereka produksi sendiri, nilai ekonomi yang berasal dari tanah (termasuk sumber daya alam dan peluang alam) harus dibagikan secara adil kepada semua anggota masyarakat.[2][3][4] Dikembangkan dari tulisan Henry George, paradigma Georgis menawarkan solusi terhadap permasalahan sosial dan ekologis, dengan mengandalkan prinsip-prinsip atas hak tanah dan keuangan publik yang berusaha untuk mengintegrasikan efisiensi ekonomi dengan keadilan sosial.[5][6]
