Kereta api Majapahit adalah kereta api penumpang kelas Ekonomi AC Plus yang dimiliki dan dioperasikan PT Kereta Api Indonesia yang melayani koridor Malang Kota Baru - Jakarta Pasar Senen melewati Semarang Tawang dan sebaliknya. Kereta api ini merupakan kereta api ketiga yang menggunakan gerbong ekonomi AC yang disponsori oleh Kementerian Perhubungan Indonesia dan tidak disubsidi Pemerintah. Saat diluncurkan, pemandangan disuguhi, seperti di daerah Pantura Jawa (antara Pekalongan-Semarang), Demak, Grobogan dan antara Solo-Madiun.

Rangkaian yang digunakan merupakan rangkaian buatan PT Inka. Awalnya kereta api ini bernama Senja Kediri yang diluncurkan sejak 5 Desember 2009 dengan rute Kediri - Semarang - Pasar Senen menggunakan rangkaian kelas bisnis. Lalu pada tanggal 23 Desember 2009 rute kereta ini diperpanjang hingga Kota Tulungagung dengan jadwal kedatangan pukul 06.15 di Tulungagung dan pada tanggal 1 Juli 2011 diperpanjang hingga Stasiun Malang (dengan uji coba sejak 27 Juni 2011).

Seiring dengan berlakunya Grafik Perjalanan KA (Gapeka) 2011 yang efektif pada 1 Maret 2012, maka mulai tanggal tersebut KA Senja Kediri berubah nama menjadi KA Senja Singosari. Nama "Singosari" diambil dari nama Kerajaan Singhasari yang dulunya berpusat di Malang. Kemudian pada tanggal 21 September 2012 KA Senja Singosari resmi dihapus dan digantikan dengan KA Majapahit dengan nomor Gapeka 93L-94L.

KA Majapahit diberangkatkan dari Stasiun Malang pukul 18.30 WIB dan dijadwalkan tiba di Stasiun Pasar Senen keesokan harinya pada pukul 10.08 WIB. Sebaliknya, kereta ini diberangkatkan dari Stasiun Pasar Senen pukul 18.15 WIB dan tiba di Malang dengan jadwal pukul 23.00 WIB

Tarif

Tarif kereta api ini adalah antara Rp 135.000,00 - Rp 370.000,00, bergantung pada jarak yang ditempuh penumpang, subkelas/posisi tempat duduk dalam rangkaian kereta, serta hari-hari tertentu seperti akhir pekan dan libur nasional. Selain itu, berlaku pula tarif khusus yang hanya dapat dipesan di loket stasiun mulai dua jam sebelum keberangkatan pada stasiun-stasiun yang berada di dalam rute berikut.
