Azatadin

Azatadin adalah obat antihistamin dan antikolinergik generasi pertama yang disintesis pada tahun 1963 oleh Schering-Plough, bekas perusahaan farmasi Amerika Serikat.[1][2]

Obat ini dipatenkan pada tahun 1967.[3] Obat ini telah digantikan oleh loratadin dan desloratadin.[4]:53  dan persetujuan pemasarannya telah banyak ditarik.[5][6][7][8]:290[9]
